ABOUT ME

At 28 years old, I have gone through life's fair share of obstacles. Through every block was an opportunity to grow or falter. Sometimes I faltered, but growing from that falter was never too far away.

Some important facts about myself will give you an idea of my kind of person. I am currently studying to earn my Master's in Psychology/Counseling with a focus on sports psychology. Over the years, I have worked in various roles, but all had one commonality, working with others! I have been fortunate to work in a catholic high school where I mentored students daily. I have coached ice hockey at various age levels over the seasons, including a stint in San Diego, California, working with an excellent youth hockey program! 

These are some of the essential facts about myself! Even though I am currently not a licensed counselor, I do feel I can offer years of experience based on my continued education through the years and while working with youth groups, youth hockey, high school hockey, and mentoring teens/young adults. 

An important thing I hold dear to myself is my faith. I think It is essential for everyone to carry some form of faith in their lives; mine is the Catholic Faith.
